I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the entire Realty Blue team. My husband and I were relocated across the country and were left with a condo in Fresno that we were losing money on every month. The housing market was bad, and we were in a panic two years later about what our options were. Jeff, Molly, and the entire Realty Blue team went above and beyond to make sure we understood all of our options, and were there for us every step of the way to ensure the best possible outcome.   Our condo ended up selling successfully with a short sale, after a very long process with our extremely difficult mortgage company. Had we not had the support of Realty Blue in the sale, I am sure the outcome would have been very different.  
     Realty Blue really cares about their clients, and is attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. Jeff spent many long conversations with us on the telephone explaining things and answering questions in a fair and honest way. We will be forever grateful at the fresh start we now have thanks to Realty Blue.

     I was referred to Jeff by one of my members from church back in 2009. The economy was in a dump, I was going through a divorce, and was facing foreclosure. Both are long, lengthy and complicated processes and many agents will not take on such tasks.
     This company is also very tech-savvy. Since I am no longer living in the area, this has been great as they can do much of their paperwork via fax or e-mail and DocuSign. In an industry where time is money, this has proven to be very effective and efficient. Furthermore, unlike many old-fashioned agents, Realty Blue will market your property in both traditional and new media so it gets maximum exposure.
     You have my word that every member on the Realty Blue team will spend the time it takes to answer all your questions and they will never pressure you into signing with them. They know that if you're not happy, the deal is no good.
     I seriously cannot put into words how wonderful this team is. They genuinely care about their clients and they're not out to make a quick buck in this commission-based industry. Even if your place doesn't sell for a year, the team's superior level of service never wavers. I highly recommend Team Realty Blue for all of your real estate needs.
